Restaurant Manager – fine dining restaurant – St AlbansWe currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team at this fine dining restaurant with a Michelin star chef. The Restaurant Manager will lead the team to ensure service levels are maintained and continue the success it has achieved so far.

The PersonThe Restaurant Manager will have:Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette or Michelin star kitchenStable career history with sustained employment periods in each roleGood all round food and wine knowledgeExperience in running and managing a team including rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1's and trainingDedication, motivation and positivityFlexibility to cover shifts as required
