The Restaurant Manager will lead the team to ensure service levels are maintained and continue the success it has achieved so far.

The PersonThe Restaurant Manager will have:Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette or Michelin star kitchenStable career history with sustained employment periods in each roleGood all round food and wine knowledgeExperience in running and managing a team including rotas, stock takes, 1-2-1's and trainingDedication, motivation and positivityFlexibility to cover shifts as requiredThe ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable mannerHaving your own reliable transport to St Albans is essential.If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for an exciting new role, apply now!
