Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
This Client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our resort just outside Maldon.
We are looking for a standards-driven individual with an ideally hotel-style background, accustomed to volume that comes from a multi-sectioned Restaurant setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large team; our current restaurant team consists of approximately 45 individuals, a mix of full-time and part-time staff, operating a full board offering with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This role reports to the Resort F&B Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Oversee a large team, ensuring standards are maintained
• Coordinate and manage full board offerings
• Collaborate with the Resort F&B Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a hotel-style setting
• Ability to handle high-volume operations
• Experience managing large teams
• Familiarity with full board offerings
• Strong standards and quality focus

Salary: The salary for the role is between £36,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
