An amazing and exciting opportunity has arisen, my client is looking for a Restaurant Manager for their busy family run business, serving traditional and modern food using the finest ingredients, customers return time after time. Serving freshly made food, and a warm, friendly service they create a great atmosphere where the focus is on giving our customers a dining experience to remember.
You will be required to run day-to-day management of business
This includes:-
- Daily operations, managing the workforce and rotas.
- Finances, planning company strategies, ensuring marketing efforts achieve objectives, and managing the business's reputation.
- You will also be required to deal with the stock taking and turnover for the restaurant
- Be the face of the business to your guests, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience
- Drive the business from the front; lead, inspire & motivate your team
Who are we looking for someone:-
· Passionate about great food and customer service
· Have an outgoing, positive, friendly personality and a true people-focused approach
· Excellent leadership and motivational skills
· Good understanding of financial targets
In return you will receive:-
A competitive salary £40k -£50k
Based on a 40-45hrs week
Plus company car or % of the profit share
Also if you are looking to re-locate there is availability to rent a flat
At least 2 years General Manager experience.
