Food and Beverage Supervisor We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Kilnwick Percy Resort in Pocklington, York. Great hourly rate of £11.This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 35 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Typical shift times would be 7am - 3pm, 3pm - close, 11am - 9pm, these hours may change during busier periods. - Work closely with the resorts experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
- Take responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas.
- Take responsibility of the food and beverage team in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Work with the Front of House team to ensure motivation is high and required training is completed.
- Take and serve food and drink orders.
- A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
