Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager
As the new Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the fine-dining restaurant, developing, training and supporting the restaurant team and liaising with other heads of department to ensure smooth service and running of the F&B offering.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, 4/5-star hotel background or multi-rosette restaurant environment is essential.
As a key member of the management team, you should have excellent attention to detail and possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Consistently taking initiative and setting a high standard of service are key attributes for the position. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in your role and contribution to the guests.
