Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager at Farm and Table, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our farm-to-table establishment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high standard of food quality and service.
- Customer Experience: Create a memorable dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
- Farm-to-Table Commitment: Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain strong relationships with local farmers and suppliers, ensuring the freshness and quality of our ingredients.
- Training and Development: Train and develop restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing requirements.
What do I need?
- Proven restaurant management experience.
- Flexible and able to work weekends (5 day working week)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with EPOS systems and restaurant management software.
