As Restaurant Manager, your duties will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Training and supervising staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company policies.
- Creating and maintaining employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Managing budgets and financial records, including payroll and expenses.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, such as restaurant management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures.
The restaurant is open 7 days per week, 12:00-22:00.
