Restaurant Shift Leader

As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will… 
- Deputisein the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.
- Provide a safe and secure environment for our Team and Guests.
- Induct& support new starters and the completion of core departmental training. 
- Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties andgreeting our guests.
- Lead & coachthe team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team.

Pay Rates: 16to 17 from £8.50 / 18+ from £10.97 up to £11.42 per hour depending on age

Experience and Qualifications 
You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader ina Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment.Or perhaps you're already a F&B superstar and you’re ready for that nextstep in your career which is great! All we are looking for is a ‘Team Player’ who iseager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.
