Are you passionate about making people smile? We are looking for an experienced lead server to take on the role of Restaurant Supervisor, someone who wants to go the extra mile to make people's visits to us memorable.
This role will predominantly be running our 10-table restaurant during peak shifts, but will also include managing the team, promoting the business on social media, writing specials boards, helping to create and run events such as menu tastings and themed food events, joining meetings to discuss menu options that best suit our guests and possibly opening/ closing the business once settled into the role.
You will be working with management and kitchen team to improve our guests' experience, deriving service scores to company standards.
Must have excellent communication skills, work well in a fast-passed atmosphere and have experience leading a team including delivering training.
This is available as a part-time role Friday evening (5-10PM), Saturday afternoon to evening (12-9) and Sunday lunch (11-5) or a full time role which would include hours on Friday, Saturdays and Sunday along with shifts midweek too.
