The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 100 bedroom-hotel that boasts a stylish Brasserie, offering casual dining and food for the whole family as well as providing traditional afternoon tea. The Hotel has 5 conference rooms catering for between 25 to 240 delegates providing for various events and wedding functions.
Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor onto the team who will:
- Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will recruit, train, and develop food and beverage staff in line with current and future business requirements.
- Ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with other managers, staff, and guests.
- Ensure the tidiness of food and beverage facilities.
The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. This position is available on a zero-hour contract.
