Restorative Justice Volunteer coordinator & caseworker
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restorative Justice volunteer coordinator and case worker. This post is part time, contracted at 28hrs per week and is based at Police HQ, Devizes.
Working alongside the Horizon victim, witness and care team, you will responsible for the administration, delivery and the facilitation of the Restorative Together service providing restorative opportunities for those harmed by crime or conflict. It will involve partnership working with police, Youth offending teams, local authorities and support agencies.
Key requirements of the role
- Recruit, co-ordinate and provide supervision for volunteer Restorative Justice facilitators
- Review and assess new referrals, carrying our research where required
- Offer and Support the facilitation of a wide range of restorative practice interventions with those harmed and harmers.
- Support the development of restorative case studies
- Maintain and update case management systems
- Maintain flexibility within working hours, to support occasional out of hours working.
To be eligible to apply for this role you must have a 3 year ‘checkable history’ in the UK – this means that you would have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.

- Formal translation from a reputable source for any foreign language or symbol tattoos
- Any paperwork relating to discharged debts, CCJ, bankruptcy etc
- Deed poll certificate for any name changes
