Our school is actively seeking Teaching Assistants to join our Inclusion team. Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be patient, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of our pupils. We value individuals who bring enthusiasm and commitment to supporting learning. A good sense of humor and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team are essential qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities.
- Student Assistance: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help.
- Supervision: Monitor students during class, recess, and other activities to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Material Preparation: Assist in preparing instructional materials and maintaining an organized classroom.
- Inclusion Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Department and teachers to support pupils in making progress in their learning.
Available Vacancies:
We have multiple vacancies available across the curriculum, including within Humanities, English, Modern Foreign Languages, as well as Art and Design departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Subject-related qualifications or experience would be desirable, but not mandatory. The role welcomes individuals who are dedicated and eager to contribute, and there are clear progression routes and training opportunities for the right applicant.
Working Hours:
The position is part-time, with daily working hours aligned with the school's schedule. Specific hours will be discussed upon selection.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
