In this role you would be responsible for managing diverse matters including the sale and acquisition of loan portfolios, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, and business sales & purchases. You would collaborate closely with industry-leading professionals within the Restructuring and Insolvency market. There are also opportunities to engage in contentious matters.
The ideal solicitor will be 3+ PQE with strong experience in Restructuring and Insolvency. It is desirable if you can show you have been involved in loan portfolio work however broader experience is also welcomed.
