Retail & Food services is the procurement partner for the Stena Line group with a satellite warehouse and procurement function based in Holyhead and a warehouse in Fishguard.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the dual role of Retail and Warehouse Operative at our thriving establishment. Some of your key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by warmly greeting them, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and our retail outlets on a daily basis to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Adhere to Company guidelines meticulously, including thorough inspection of basic delivery data to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Effectively manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper storage and distribution through both internal procedures and external networks as necessary.
• Skilfully pick and pack goods according to orders, maintaining accuracy and timeliness to meet customer demands.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring they depart our outlets satisfied and eager to return for future purchases.
• Assist the Site Supervisor in maintaining accurate stock levels through diligent monitoring and reporting.
• Assume responsibility as a keyholder in the absence of the Site Supervisor, ensuring security protocols are followed and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Fork Lift Truck license is desirable
• Previous experience working within a busy warehouse or retail environment
• Experience in a face to face customer service
• Proven track record of upselling and workings with KPIs
