As a Deputy Manager at CLEAR, you will play a pivotal role in putting client work at the heart of our mission. We are seeking someone with the ability to nurture talent within our team, drive continuous improvement, and bring innovation to the forefront of our service.
If you have:
- Experience of mental health either as service user, carer, worker or volunteer.
- Experienced and confident to chair and facilitate meetings.
- Assertive and comfortable in making decisions and managing change.
- Ability to motivate, support, direct and develop staff.
