Form of work A leading multi-product retailer are looking for a Retail Manager within the Haywards Heath area. This company has stamped their mark within the luxury/premium retail world and is host to several popular and exclusive products. They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst effectively managing stock and still providing a memorable customer experience. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and display the ability to be a lead a team of 15 – 20 people with experience selling a variety of different product types in a fast paced retail environment.
