Role: Retail Operations Coordinator
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Heathrow, Hybrid working (please note travel is required with this role)
Reporting to: Operations Support Manager
Role purpose
An exciting new role to support the UK Retail Operations team, reporting into the Operations Support Manager. The successful candidate will co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day operations needed to support trading. The individual will serve as a central point of contact and link between Retail Stores, internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is critical in supporting operational delivery in a rapidly growing support function within Travelex.
Key accountabilities
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a database of a key products which need to be tracked to ensure correct invoicing.
- Testing of systems & sign off where applicable for rollout to production.
- The candidate will stress test potential Ancillary products and services prior to be being implemented into production.
- Invoicing and reporting for external services related to Retail Operations.
- Coordinate key stakeholders to support business campaigns and implementations and hold an up-to-date view on progress.
- Turn business critical items into widespread and understandable communications.
- Maintain a central list/repository for Retail and Partner stores.
- Support the implementation of permanent, corrective solutions to issues identified during internal/external control checks across all Retail partners
- Ensure full compliance with all business, health and safety and legal regulatory requirements, always ensuring best practice
- Provide support & cover for Team Members as required

- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle operational autonomy and the ability to progress workload independently.
- The ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions, balancing risk with results
- Good understanding of our business processes and systems
- A positive team player focused on working collaboratively and supporting the broader team to be at its best
- Ability to work with some ambiguity, understanding the ‘end goal’ and breaking this out into tangible ‘steps’
- Proficient Microsoft office skills
