This role empowers you to elevate customer experiences in UK retailers, overseeing promoter management, fixture deployments, compliance programs, mystery shopping, and training events. The ideal candidate should possess robust retail experience and a keen understanding of operational intricacies in day-to-day Retail Operations.


As the Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of Hisense's presence across key UK retailers, encompassing national, medium, and independent outlets.


Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of Hisense in-store presence, overseeing fixtures and promoters.

- Ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of customer programs, experience roll-outs, and new product/service introductions, maintaining high presentation standards.

- Collaborate with third-party providers to collect consumer insights, sharing these insights with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

- Vendor management of third-party resources to meet SLAs and contract terms.

- Lead a sizable team of promoters, handling vendor selection, onboarding, contracts, budgets, and performance management.

- Oversee the rollout and execution of new fixtures, ensuring timely resolution of any issues within agreed SLAs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, GTM, marketing) to enhance Hisense brand share through promotions, training, and enhancing the purchase experience.


Skills & Qualifications

- Solid experience in retail regional field sales of Consumer Electronics (CE).

- Solid vendor and retail experience, including negotiations, agency management, and vendor management.

- Exceptional communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

- Ability to manage multiple work streams and keep stakeholders informed and updated.

- A natural problem-solving approach to challenges and issues that arise.

- Confident in presenting to various teams but proficient in composing presentations and storytelling with data.

- Leadership.

- Educated to a degree level
