Location: Blackburn - BB3

Pay: £92 p/d (6 hr shift) + Uncapped Bonus

The Role

Our mission is to change the lives of adult smokers and educate them about a better alternative to continued smoking - a new reduced risk heated tobacco product.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Advisor:

• Driving sales of key product, achieving daily targets
• Raising awareness and education of key product to adult smokers and retailers
• Nurturing relationships with store retail owners
• Capturing consumer data when selling & reporting

Retail Sales Advisor Applicant Requirements:

• Must be over the age of 21 years old
• Driving license and vehicle, with the ability to transport collateral between locations
• Proven sales experience - minimum of 1 year - ability to sell and close sale
• Worked within a target-based structure
• Friendly, personable, and with a passion for excellent customer service
• Can hold conversations and have banter with consumers
• Able to self-motivate and operate independently
• Able to build and foster relationships instantly with retailers
• Diligent in timekeeping and reporting data
• Own phone to use App for selling
• Passionate about changing the lives of adult smokers across the UK

Commitment to the role

• Minimum 8 weeks - opportunity for long-term work (1+ years)
• Ideally 5-6 days per week for 6 hours per day - hours vary from store to store
