We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to join the team in our Callander branch.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide top level customer service that exceeds the expectation of customers
- Achieve individual and store sales and KPI indicators by maximising every opportunity to make sales
- Perform till duties, including refund processing and price overrides
- Identify the needs of customers
- Assisting the Manager and Supervisor in the day to day operations of the store
- Provide support by acting as a key holder in meeting the needs of the business in the store whenever required
- Provide support in Staff Training, Cash Management, Stock Control, Merchandising, Housekeeping, Store Security and Health & Safety
- Ensure security of stocks, and handling of cash in line with company processes and procedures
Job Brief:
We are looking for a responsible Senior Sales Assistant to be part of a great team in our retail Callander store. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets their goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Senior Sales Assistant responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager, monitoring stock levels and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate should have retail skills with a sharp business mindset, exceptional communication skills and available to work holidays and weekends.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to step up and cover in the Store if required in the absence of management.
