We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing business working within our Manchester Store as we continue to grow. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the fast paced nature of a busy retail business and a passion for delivering the very best customer experience on the high street.
Our growing brand needs someone with high energy, attention to detail and takes huge pride in their work. As Nice Things is a successful, small and growing business, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and grab the opportunities for career advancement within the company with both hands.
We understand that although most people love plants, you might not necessarily be an expert in them, which is why we offer all new starters a completely compressive training program. The perfect candidate will throw themselves into the learning curve and will be a quick learner.
Main Responsibilities:
● Driving sales on the shop floor whilst delivering outstanding customer experience to all customers.
● Maintaining the stores exceptionally high standards of visual merchandising, product quality & cleanliness.
● Communicating with team members in-store and across the business to ensure the smooth running of the store day to day.
Skills & Abilities:
● Experience of working in a fast paced, busy retail environment.
● A quick learner with a can do attitude towards ongoing knowledge expansion in horticulture.
● Customer-focused orientation with excellent communication skills and an ability to share knowledge with customers.
● Be able to build lasting relationships with customers.
