Team Leader (Retail) sales Assistant

• The store is open Monday to Saturday from 06:00 am to 11:00 pm and from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
• Salary £26500 per annum Main responsibilities: • The duties of the manager will include: A Team Leader in retail oversees daily operations, guides and motivates staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and manages inventory. A Sales Assistant in retail focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and sales, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases while maintaining store appearance. • Responsible for smooth business operations of the petrol / diesel and supervising the retail shop operations.
• Negotiating with the suppliers, reviewing the existing contracts and looking for better options.
• Finalizing the proposals for marketing campaigns, promotional activities and undertaking market research and implementation of the strategic business decisions.
• Preparing detailed budgets that improve the cost-efficiency, sale operations and customers’ experience
• Providing insights on the financial health of the organization. Training, Recruiting staff members, conducting inductions, appraisals and identifying any further training needs.
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets, conducting regular meetings with the retail shift managers and other staff for overview of the business, implementing business strategies and business operations.
• Acting as second tier complaints officer and the Team Leader of all business operations. Requested qualifications and experiences:
• NQF Level 3 or above in management / sales / marketing or
