Key Responsibilities of a Sales Team Leader:
- Managing a team of 10 outbound Sales Agents who are working on a dialler
- Managing all enquiries from your team and ensuring all requests and actions are resolved
- Coaching and developing your team to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Talking to customers regarding financial services products
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Team Leader:
- A track record of achieving targets in a sales environment
- Previous experience leading a team is required
- You must be able to provide support and leadership where appropriate
- Excellent communication skills, reliability and the ability to multi-task are key skills for this role
