TQR are searching for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our national client for their store in Croydon. The successful applicant will use their personality and professionalism to deliver a premium shopping experience for every customer
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve individual weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets (orders, Sales, Margin and mix)
- Maintain the highest shopping experience (greeting, informing, cross-selling, closing)
- Provide a high level of service in line with the Brand Values in store and via all communications
- Manage the payment journey (deposit and paid in full prior to delivery)
- Use cross-selling to maximise margins sales
- Develop detailed understanding of all ranges features, benefits
- Work towards your own uncapped commission
- Promote the brand through your personality
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Experience in Retail Sales, preferably in high end furniture sales
- Interest / qualification in Interior Design and or furniture/ fabric is preferred
- Ability to work in a small and lean organisation as a hands-on, motivated team player
- Must be a confident communicator and understand that each customer is different
Job Details
- Permanent position, full time and part time days are considered
- Store operational hours Monday to Sunday 09.30am to 5.30pm
- Commission on personal sales
- Uncapped commission
- FT OTE 30k+
