Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Europe, with a specific focus on the retail sector in France, Spain and Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly within retail & ideally the loyalty solutions domain. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Sales Execution
- Build and manage sales pipeline working closely with internal marketing teams to drive lead generation.
- Own the sales cycle from targeting, prospecting to negotiating and concluding contracts.
- Client Engagement:
- Cultivate relationships with key prospects, understanding their business needs and positioning Capillary as the solution of choice.
- Collaborate with clients to align our loyalty solutions with their customer and business objectives
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven track record in SaaS sales, with a focus on retail technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in growing market share and sales.
- Minimum of seven years sales experience
- Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry, particularly within retail & loyalty solutions.
- Geographical Expertise:
- Based in the UK,with a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
