Retail Sales Director French Or German Speaker

Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Europe, with a specific focus on the retail sector in France, Spain and Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly within retail & ideally the loyalty solutions domain. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution
  • Build and manage sales pipeline working closely with internal marketing teams to drive lead generation.
  • Own the sales cycle from targeting, prospecting to negotiating and concluding contracts.

• Client Engagement:
  • Cultivate relationships with key prospects, understanding their business needs and positioning Capillary as the solution of choice.
  • Collaborate with clients to align our loyalty solutions with their customer and business objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Proven track record in SaaS sales, with a focus on retail technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in growing market share and sales.
  • Minimum of seven years sales experience

• Industry Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry, particularly within retail & loyalty solutions.

• Geographical Expertise:
  • Based in the UK,with a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
