Key Responsibilities:
- Create lasting impressions by being presentable and well-groomed at all times.
- Maximise sales opportunities by providing excellent customer service and ensuring each visit is tailored to the customer's needs.
- Encourage customers to join our client list and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our client's history and brand.
- Interact with clients in a respectful and courteous manner, maintaining a professional image.
- Utilise the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate and support your team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain organised stock and merchandise, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Showcase the brand to all visitors and actively engage with potential customers.
- Expand product knowledge and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Utilise the customer profile function effectively to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Experience in Menswear, Womenswear, and Bespoke would be advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong time management and punctuality.
- Passionate about fashion and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
