We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. ```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Train and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to attract customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to upsell products and services to customers
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Exceptional phone etiquette
