Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain an efficient and welcoming store and staff• Recruit, interview, coach, develop, and oversee the entire store team• Direct and supervise store workforce, make staffing decisions• Reflect the company culture in leading and cultivating the store team• Set goals and model how to work together to provide an enjoyable vaping experience• Ensure store operations checklist and employee coaching are completed• Manage bank deposits, cash audit, inventory, and store supplies• Oversee receiving of items, maintain accurate inventory levels• Ensure proper restocking and disciplined upkeep within the store• Maintain visual marketing and merchandising, daily cleaning schedule• Communicate store goals, brand awareness, and company messages to team members
Requirements
• 2 years management experience• 3 years progressively responsible retail experience• Customer service experience• Documented experience in management and leadership• Vaping experience is an advantage but not essential• Experience with computer skills• Friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated• Team building skills• Sales experience• Goal-oriented
