The company places great importance on a personalised, one-on-one selling approach to ensure outstanding customer interactions. As a Store Manager, your role encompasses team coaching, fostering strong customer connections, and overseeing seamless operational procedures to maintain the brand's exacting standards. There is a strong empasis on KPI's and stock management.
Your background may be from a Store Manager role in a similar environment or you may be an assistant manager who feels ready for your first Store Manager role. A hands-on approach and being able to demonstrate strong stock management, and people leadership.
