We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Retail Manager in our Barbour store in Cannock Designer Outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of driving store sales, maximising profitability and achieving KPI targets.
Deliver high standards of leadership, management and customer service.
Act as a brand ambassador and role model to the Store team.
Lead, train and develop your team to maximise their potential and create a culture to ensure the customer is at the centre of everything you do.
What we are looking for:
You should be highly motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and able to meet and exceed all sales and KPI targets, as well as being able to inspire others to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store maximising sales through effective stock and space management
Be a superb communicator with the power to influence and maintain company operational standards.
