We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join our Flagship store in central London. You will be supporting the Store Manager in managing the whole of the store effectively. You will help lead the team in driving sales whilst remaining committed to focusing on our brand’s passion for quality and service.
Your Role:
We are looking for Supervisor with retail experience to help run our Flagship store located in Central London. This is a very dynamic role in a young start-up, and your role may evolve as we get to know you better.
· You are a people person and have genuine interest in Korean culture, especially K-pop
· You take pride in store appearance and want to convey our concept to a wide audience
· You are interested in learning different aspects of our business and will embrace opportunities to grow your role within our dynamic company
· With experience, you'll help manage online aspects of our business such as website queries, and social media updates/communications
· You will have key-holder responsibilities and run the store in the Store Managers absence
· You will assist the Store Manager in training, supporting and managing team members
· You'll assist in cash management, stock merchandising, stock counts and minimising shrinkage
· You will assist customers in recommending and processing the sale of our products whilst providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
· You must have a genuine passion for Korean culture and some understanding of K-POP and/or skincare products
· The role will require lots of energy, confidence and passion to learn
· You’ll have experience in cash and stock management
- You'll have previous supervisory or management experience
· You’ll have an eye for detail and be able to create stylish, striking displays.
· You are a team player
· You will have to be a great communicator, so English language skills are vital
· This is a dynamic, exciting start-up environment - we would like a flexible self-starter with a can-do attitude.
