As Supervisor you will play an integral role in the store, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by setting an elevated example within the store, providing excellent customer service and captivating merchandise presentation, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for the client.
This role would be ideal for an experienced Sales Associate who is ready to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Sales Generation
- Actively driving sales and profitability in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Developing strong clienteling initiatives that drive sales
- Driving motivation and engagement within the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve sales budgets.
- Developing personal sales techniques and assisting in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximise sales.
- Developing commercial knowledge by shadowing Store Manager and Assistant Manager and contributing by making sales initiative suggestions and reviewing commercial data.
Customer Service
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand, product and customer.
- Ensuring an elevated level of sales and service is practiced by all team members; leading by example.
- Resolving any customer concerns and/or queries quickly and effectively.
- Representing a luxury service and the brand at all times.
- Executing excellent clienteling initiatives whilst continuously seeking to enhance initiatives.
Store Operations
- Supporting the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store, deputising in their absence.
