We are looking for a highly organsied Retail Administrator to join our retail team. You will join us working 21 hours per week (each Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and in return will receive a salary of up to £15,459.37 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Please note, this is a hybrid role working from home and at our National Cat Centre in Chelwood Gate, East Sussex, the successful candidate will work at least one day per week in the office and should therefore be able to commute easily to the office.

The Retail and Trading department sits within the Marketing and Income Generation Directorate and comprises a diverse shop estate of 100 shops across England, Scotland and Wales and a growing ecommerce operation.
Responsibilities of our Retail Administrator:
As our Retail Administrator you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to our Head of Retail and the wider retail team. This is a varied role and covers various administrative duties. A key part of this will be organising meetings and support with minute taking when necessary, you will also organise travel arrangements for the retail team including booking travel and accommodation. In addition to this you will also be responsible for other ad-hoc administration such as invoices, social media administration and the preparation of the retail newsletter.
What we’re looking for in our Retail Administrator:
- Experience in an administration / office environment
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages such as Word & Excel
- Experience in providing secretarial / PA support to a senior manager and / or team
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
- An understanding of the need for confidentiality
