SalaryDuties: Manage and Oversee store staff to ensure they complete their assigned tasks promptly; Analyse profitability ratios and implement corrective measures; Delegate and perform tasks related to upkeep and organisation, including rearranging shelves, setting up displays and cleaning the store and products; Coordinate deliveries, Check inventory numbers, record missing, or stolen merchandise and plan special discount offers as needed; Provide customer service in the shop front attending to customers' needs by finding specific items, correcting pricing mistakes, and administering refunds or discounts; Manage inventory to ensure minimal wastage; Train new staff members and schedule shifts as required; Perform any other tasks delegated by management; Requirements: - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent time management abilities - Effective phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred - Knowledge of shop operations and equipment is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and ability to multitask If you are a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for the position of Shop Supervisor.
