As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and motivating sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our post office. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional sales performance and customer service.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and track sales metrics, set targets, and work with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and handle escalated customer inquiries or issues.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and merchandising to optimize product availability.
- Sales Training: Provide training to sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to the company's director about the overall performance of the sales team and the business.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Education:
- Bachelor degree in any subject

Experience:
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Know how to manage a group of team
- Previous retails experience is fine but not necessary as we will provide all the information
