We are recruiting for a Full Time Retail Supervisor to take care of the day to day running of our Store in The Quays Shopping Centre, Newry.

The Role
Kukoon is seeking a Showroom Supervisorwho is energetic, passionate and resilient! The Showroom Supervisor will support the multi-site Store Manager in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, inventory management and maintaining a fantastic environment for both customers and the team at all times. You will take initiative to act on ideas and drive opportunities whilst managing KPIs, including sales targets, service expectations and developing the customer and team's in-store experience.
A day in the life of a Kukoon Supervisor:
- Leading a small team on a daily basis to provide the best customer service and interior product knowledge.
- Achieving exceptional visual delivery that reflects the Kukoon brand, to help take our customers on an interior journey and enhance their overall in-store experience (And optimise sales on the way!)
- Work closely with the Multi-Site Store Manager to achieve KPI’s for your store and the team.
- Keeping accurate inventory by adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring the smooth running of the store.
- Find ways to increase customer footfall, have fun with our content team in promoting our product.
- Maintain regular and positive relationships with the centre management team, communicating weekly and seeking out footfall driving opportunities.
- Develop a team of genuine interior enthusiasts, passionate about our rugs and our growing brand. You will put the customer at the heart of all your decisions and your team will love their job!
- Be proactive in driving your own personal development and continually improving your performance.

- You may have previous experience as a keyholder in a retail environment however this is not essential.
- Be able to offer excellent customer service, placing the customer at the heart of everything we do.

This role requires flexibility across the week.
Store opening hours are:Monday - Saturday 10.00 - 18.00Sunday 13.00 - 18.00
