With your love of working with people and desire to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop here at Rhosili answering any questions they have.

Working within a bustling atmosphere as part of the passionate Rhosili team this role as a Retail Team member plays a core part in providing fantastic service to customers in our shop.

Hours:?This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role that will include weekend and bank holiday working (no late evenings or split shifts) from late March 2024 to early December 2024.?Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’ll give you as much notice of this as possible.

The Salary:? £10.50 ph

Duration: Fixed term contract until 8th December 2024.

Given the remote location of National Trust Rhosili and the varying availability of public transport, own transport is essential.

We are currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2024.

As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised.

This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
