Retail Trainer

You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class retail training to a diverse range of individuals from part time through to store managers. Creating memorable training events where you will cover all Frasers Group retail operations in a mix of shop floor and classroom environments. You will support people who are new to the business or that are current colleagues looking to further their career within Retail.

• Creating and delivering engaging and memorable retail training events
• Be an ambassador of retail operational excellence and a role model for future talent within the retail sector of the business
• Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, building on successes, and taking learnings to deliver an ever-evolving training programme
• Create modular training packages leveraging digital solutions where appropriate
• Supporting with future training across all departments within Frasers Group
• Work with the broader Group L&D team to shape world class experiences, making sure your training solutions are engaging, memorable and exciting
• Creating meaningful and impactful reporting, building performance reviews for internal employee’s time within the learning environment
• Travelling within the UK & EU to support all our L&D programmes
• Contributing to building the best team on the planet
