The Client
Our client specializes in installing renewable products in customer’s homes, prioritizing sustainability, and making it accessible to all. They focus on securing funding to offer reduced or no-cost solutions, especially for vulnerable individuals. As they grow, they're seeking a Retrofit Assessor to join their expanding national team. The role involves conducting retrofit assessments to industry standards and surveying measures for validity and compliance.

As a JOB TITLE, you will be required to
- Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard.
- Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner.
- Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable.
- Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key.
Candidate:
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification
- IT Literate, an ability to use an IPAD or equivalent.
- Previous experience of 5 years plus working with building fabric.
- Proven track record of working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Experience in technical surveying loft and cavity wall insulation.
- Excellent customer focus and care skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, with both management and peers
- Flexible, with a willingness to travel.
- A drive and desire to go above and beyond the norm.
