Great, due to our continued growth, CES has a fantastic opportunity for a Self-employed Retrofit Assessor / or Employed Retrofit Assessor, to join our highly motivated successful team, to carry out assessments for domestic homes throughout all of Wales and South West England.
CES has an abundance of work - there will be no fear of having a lack of appointments to ensure you reach your optimum finance goal!
Having a Retrofit Qualification is desired, although not essential to carrying out the role because all successful candidates will have full product training through DEA and Retrofit qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake on site energy assessment and retrofit assessment surveys as required, to produce accurate energy performance reports.
- To create and maintain accurate computer and manual records, providing information when required.
- Make recommendations based on assessment findings, liaising with internal members of CES.
- Effectively prioritise and ensure that daily targets in terms of survey numbers and quality of work are met.
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are practised when liaising with customers, remaining polite and courteous at all times, complying with customer care requirements.
- To comply fully with CES’s policies including Health & Safety.
Requirements:
FIELD SALES EXPERIENCE/ DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
- Excellent Punctuality
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Have the ability to work under pressure
