The role is responsible for the development and implementation the Value Creation plan for multipack and sharing formats, in line with the business plan, channel strategy and brand portfolio strategy. The value creation manager will manage the annual IPM (Inflationary Pressure Management) process for the multipack and sharing portfolio, continually maximising value for the KP business by optimising all value creation levers. This role will partner closely with Brand Leads, Finance Leads and SST (Senior Sales Team) members to ensure all stakeholders are considered in our price, promo and value optimisation plans.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse financial data to identify areas of improvement and growth
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise profitability
- Manage the annual IPM process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value creation initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
