Returns Supervisor

Thrive Group are recruiting for a Returns Supervisor for a Distrubution company based in Rochdale.

About the role

Managing a team of warehouse operatives you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operation , working closely with the operations manager onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Full understanding of the order Management returns process including setting up of the backend and allocating of the rails.
• Managing your team’s daily tasks & performance
• Liaising with the merchandising team
• Develop KPIs for your team
• Maintain a safe and clean working area.
• Performance management of your team
• Maintain and update accurate holiday and sickness records.
• Completing of daily reports
• Developing your team to set standards.
• Maintain stock accuracy.

Candidate requirements:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft office.
• Understanding of the returns process.
