Are you the detail-oriented Revenue Analyst we're looking for to drive strategic decisions and maximise profitability across our properties?
De Vere have a new opening for a Revenue Analyst to join the central support team in Old Windsor.
As the Group Revenue Analyst you will leverage your skills in data analysis and financial modelling to support the Central Revenue Team in strategic decision-making. Your ability to identify trends and patterns from raw data will be crucial in influencing pricing strategies and ensuring the profitability of our properties.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Hospitality Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the hospitality industry is essential to navigate the complexities of revenue management.
- Transition from Single to Group Environment: If you have experience in single property revenue management and are looking to broaden your skills in a group setting, this role could be your next step.
- Data Analysis and Financial Modelling: Proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling will be your toolkit for providing insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Trend Identification: Your knack for identifying trends and patterns from raw data will play a key role in shaping our pricing strategies.
- Pricing Strategy Know-How: Knowledge of hospitality pricing strategies is a must-have, ensuring we stay competitive in the market.
- Revenue Management Software: You are proficient in using revenue management software and can navigate systems with ease
- Presentation Skills: You are able to confidently present data using Excel and PowerPoint, tailoring your presentations to ensure understanding by diverse audiences.
