€60,000 - €65,000 + 10% bonus

We are seeking a passionate Revenue Manager Individual with previous experience in the Hotel Industry.

Nestle in the heart of one of the most multi-cultural city in the world; this Hotel attracts a wide range of customers from the new millennial generation to Business traveller looking for something different.

We are seeking a dynamic and inspired Revenue professional to join this ambitious group.
You will be responsible for pro-actively maximizing the hotel revenue and booking occupancy.
You will be working closely with the Executive team and the Reservations, Commercial and Operational teams to build on the best strategy for this Lifestyle Hotel.

We are looking for a strategist that will develop a rational and disciplined decision making process for maximizing revenue & profit whilst minimising risk under current and anticipated market conditions.
Use and develop effective operating procedures to enable the consistent delivery of the brand promise.
This is a key position and we are looking for a keen strategist with a brilliant analytical and development mind.

KEY POINTS:

• Develop revenue management concepts and lead revenue management practises.
• Create and develop the right pricing strategies
• Implement a revenue management culture.
• Find new revenue opportunities
• Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; distribution yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control; new pricing concepts; etc
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports
• Liaising with relevant 3rd party vendors.
• Work in liaison with sales initiatives

THE SUCCESSFUL REVENUE MANAGER MUST....

• Currently working in the Hotel Market with relevant Dublin/Ireland experience
• Have a passion for the industry.
• Current or previous experience in Revenue Management is ideal
• Yield Management qualification is a bonus
• Strong business accumen
• Ability to operate with a certain level of autonomy
• Ability to motivate themselves and with passion to succeed
• Good interpersonal skills
