Revenue Operations Manager

About The Role

The Revenue Operations Manager plays a crucial role in our Business Development team, acting as the nexus between Sales, Marketing, Client Development, and Finance teams. This role is designed to optimise revenue growth and efficiency across the company by implementing best practices in sales operations, customer lifecycle processes, and revenue analysis. The Revenue Operations Manager will leverage data to drive strategic decisions, streamline operational processes, and ensure alignment between various departments to achieve allpay’s growth ambition.

Within this role you will:

• Drive the revenue strategy and implementation to maximise revenue, including pricing, sales tactics and customer segmentation.
• Build a collaborative approach to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned and that leads are effectively nurtured and converted.
• Take a lean sigma approach to our processes by streamlining across Business Development/Client Development/Marketing and Client Onboarding.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Share regular reports and KPI’s on sales performance, pipeline health and revenue forecasting.
• Oversee allpay’s CRM platform and other sales tools, making recommendations where necessary to ensure we have a good technology stack and can provide accurate reporting.
• Provide coaching support to the Business Development and Client Development teams on best practice tools and technologies. Engaging with allpay’s Learning and Development team to support with additional training needs/external training requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• A strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on results.
• Ideally a degree level qualification (or equivalent) in Business Administration/Finance or Marketing.
• Proven experience in a similar Revenue Operations role is essential or a similar role within a financial services or SAAS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement technologies (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
