SalaryMy client in the West Midlands is looking to recruit and Revenues Inspections Officer to carry out inspections of domestic and commercial properties to ensure our Council Tax and Business Rates records are accurate.
To ensure income is maximized.
To apply discounts, reliefs and exemptions in accordance with legislation and Council policy.
To monitor new build properties, issuing completion notices and making requests to the Valuation Office Agency for properties to be brought into the Valuation and Rating Lists.
Experience using the academy system is desirable
Job Type: Full Time
Contract length: 6 months with possibility of extension
Location: West Midlands
Rate: £Negotiable DOE
