Reviews Officer

We are currently looking for a Housing Reviews officer to assist a Local Authority based in South London with reviewing housing cases under Part VII of the housing act.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring multiple homelessness cases are managed and reviewed effectively and efficiently
- Making decisions on homelessness review cases

Candidate requirements:

- Experience of issuing decisions under Part 7 of the housing act
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Housing Act and other relevant legislation
- Experience of working in a similar role previously, with another local authority
