Role Responsibilities:
Lead the development of sophisticated Stage 4C/5 drawings for a major project.Demonstrate expertise in Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCad MEPH, and MS Office to create high-quality, fully coordinated working drawings for installation purposes.Collaborate effectively with technologically advanced design and drawing teams.Manage time efficiently to meet stringent deadlines and adapt to changing project demands.Independently oversee project specifications, schedules, and technical submissions, showcasing your technical acumen and proactive approach.Adhere to and implement project-specific and company-wide standards with precision.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Building Services Coordination.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to integrate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Possession of personal transport is essential.Our Offer:
