The Revit Designer will be part of Honeywell Building Automation UK&N Engineering Team providing support to both Project and Service organization in UK.

The primary objective of the role will be to work alongside the design team and project managers to provide 2D/3D CAD support as well as fulfil some of the requirements of projects with respect to BIM Co-ordination and Management, distribution of information and Asset Information Modelling management.

This role will provide the opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and exclusive projects within the UK & Nordics region.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D models.
Setup drawings and make it ready for team to work on.
Undertake the Information Management function defined in ISO19650-2.
Understand and operate the systems imposed by the Client on the Project relating to Document Control and Design/BIM Co-ordination.
Where required, review & ensure the BIM scope of services within professional appointments are completed in conjunction with the Project commercial team members
Implement best practice procedures.
Coordinating drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other discipline.
Helping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination.
Assisting Engineers in drawing production.
Sales Assistance and support of project estimates when required

You Must Have:

BIM software proficiency: highly skilled in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk AutoCAD
Experience working in building services environment.
Autodesk software modelling experience - at least 5+ Years
Expertise in managing 3D models, 2D drawings, and associated data.
Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Systems
